Agnieszka Kucharska creates pictures which – as the artist herself says – are located somewhere at the border of dream and reality. Her works are visually sensitive and subtly precise. Since her student years, she has been building her artistic language of expression on the basis of relationships between abstract, imagined forms and concrete representations. Using them, she constructs stories, anecdotes which are often digressions or single gestures. Her creative practice is concentrated, based on looking for her own reference points and developing subjective, intimate artistic metaphors.
