Martyna Czech is an artist with an exceptionally distinct creative personality. Within the period of just two years after the diploma, she has built a strong CV. She has participated in numerous exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Her high level of creative activity results from an uncompromising, critical attitude towards the world and herself as a representative of the human species. The intuitively painted expressive pictures are a spontaneous, emotional reaction to reality, watched closely by the artist.

For me, the most convincing feature of Czech’s artistic output is the tautened line of truth connecting the world, mind and painting. There is no place here for unnecessary ornaments, formal speculations or pseudointellectual forays. This very young artist is deeply concerned about the frailties of human nature and does not remain indifferent when faced with them. I am convinced that all her success is a result of the reverse energy she receives in return for the work she puts in creating her art.
